Crispy Apple Sticks
This snack was always a favorite of mine when i was younger. It's a great healthy snack, and super easy to make. Hope you enjoy.
3 Tbsp. peanutbutter
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. apple juice
1 unpeeled apple, sliced into 8 pieces and cored
2 cups rice Krispies, crushed down to 1 cup
Put peanutbutter, honey and juice in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave at high power for 30 seconds, remove from microwave; stir until smooth.
Insert a toothpick into the end of each apple slice. Dip each side of apple slice into peanut butter mixture. Roll dipped apple slices in crushed cereal. Serve immediately.
